Feel like at home !

To help turn the former internet service provider and mobile operator into a “consultant in the digital life of the home”, W came up with a new concept for Bouygues Telecom stores. The main idea was to create a feeling of the modern, connected home in store. The store layout and materials used have been completely redesigned and the customer experience has been optimised—to better manage wait times and foot traffic.
