W has been working with Peugeot for more than ten years to define and roll out its different formats. The lion brand is working on new projects for its network, upgrading its image and streamlining its premises. The latest format is a city-centre location, where the customer experience is fully digitalised. The customer enters a space that reflects the brand’s identity, inspired by hotel design. The customer can then view and configure their future vehicle on giant screens, where everything is possible.
The concept is currently being rolled out, and other formats are in development.
